Corrections and correspondence
Corrections are welcome and are the most useful thing you can send.
If an entry states something the evidence does not support, or presents a contested reading as settled, say so and say where the better account is. Corrections that cite a source get acted on quickly.
Reaching the editors
What to include
| Corrections | The entry title, the sentence at issue, and a reference. |
| Photographs | What it shows, where, and who took it. Adults only, and no children in frame. |
| Permissions | Which image or passage, and where you intend to use it. |
| Everything else | One paragraph is usually enough to get an answer. |
This publication cannot answer questions about visiting any archaeological site, and cannot identify or value objects.
